Future Admiralty Ladders and their rewards

Now that i've managed to get my griping out of the way, lets hear some creative suggestions. I'd ask that you do the same for this thread, try to keep it on subject, don't want to hear about what you don't like about the current, instead, lets talk about future specific themes and ladder completion rewards.

let me start off with what I'd like to see: Ladder appropriate (character bound) non-faction specific T5 ships you can actually fly and upgrade with the cost of a token. What i'm suggesting here is upon completion of both the tour of duty AND the admiralty xp for future missions, the character recieves a ship specific to that theme--much as completing the cxp diplomacy/maurading arc gives the option of getting a non-faction species boff.

for example:

Cardassian Tour: Keldon science ship
Romulan Republic Tour: Mirror Dhelan Warbird Retrofit
Collective Assistance: Borg type 5 vessel, a bilatterally symetrical version of the Borg type 3 used by Lore's borg splinter faction.
Klingon Secondary Tour: D 12 (updated version of the D7) battle cruiser
Federation Secondary Tour: Mirror Heavy Escort

and there's also all those currently unplayable mob ships you see in the beginning of the delta quad mission Alliance that would make excellent rewards for delta themed ladders.

In another thread, some people suggested they'd also like to see new ship skins and/or interiors as possible rewards. while I personally am not too interested in new interiors, i can see the appeal of ship skins as potential rewards.

I'm also thinking that an uber unique ship, (such as Gumtu, AKA tinman,) for the completion of 10 ladders would make a primo incentive for people to participate in the admiralty system.

What do you guys think? What kind of ladders and what kind of rewards would YOU like to see? : Skins, traits or upgrade tokens? be specific and thematic please.

ok, lemme pull a comment from a similar thread then:
We need a Romulan campaing.. thats all.. i like the system, lots of rewards.. and lots of prisioners/colonists!.. at least i can get rid of colonist, but prisioners??

I can see 4 possible different rom campaigns:
republic (which should probably generate a bunch of colonists)
Star Empire (generates a ton of refugees)
Tal Shair (generates a bunch of prisoners)

and maybe even one for the Reman Separatists--I'd think this ladder would be heavy on mining, and maybe for a reward, a choice of ultra rare tac/eng/sci Reman Boffs with superior infiltrator...

oh, and the trick for fed dumping prisoner overload is the security officer--there are 2 of em, one near the admirals office and one on DS9--each can accept 2 prisoners per day (doff assignments).

What I'd like to see is the Tour of Duty missions actually having some kind of flavour text, instead of just being 1/10, 2/10, 10/10, etc. Something akin to the text peppered throughout the Caitian Diaspora and Ghosts of Jem Hadar chains that we have in doffing.

For example, the Fed campaign might go along the following lines:

1/10 - Send Probe to unexplored Sector: "With the end of the Iconian War, Starfleet is returning to its exploration roots. To this end, your task force has been ordered to send a series of long range probes to the uncharged Beta Something Sector"

2/10 - Investigate EM readings: "The long range probes dispatched have picked up old style EM band emissions - radio waves - signalling the potential presence of a undiscovered sentient race. Your task force has been ordered to proceed to the area and analyse these readings"

3/10 - Explore G-Type System: "The EM emissionss have confirmed the presence of a pre-warp, industrial civilisation in this sector, who call themselves the Makebelievians. Your task force is ordered to enter their home system to gather more data on this newly discovered race. It is imperative that you remain undetected at all times - the Prime Directive must be maintained"

4/10 - 9/10 - Various missions where you study the Makebelievians and discover they are on the verge of discovering warp drive.

10/10 - Initiate First Contact: "Our sensors have confirmed us that the Makebelievians first warp ship has broken the light speed barrier. With the data your cultural observation teams have gathered, we are now ready to initiate first contact with these people. Your task force has been assigned to make sure this historic moment goes smoothly."

As it is, the Tours of Duty assignments are terribly generic and dull. This could be a non-time consuming way of adding a degree of 'exploration' to the system - all it takes is time for someone to draft some flavour text.
