Map Transfer Failed

I stucked into Delta quadrant. There is no way out. No transwarp, no new missions. Only takes my EC. PVP,PVE are not working, nor visitin the bridge.

What can I do??

    This just happened to me recently. Log out.. log back in. Try to take a new mission from the mission list like Sunrise.. transwarp to it. If/when you arrive, transfer to your ship's interior if it will let you, then out again. My bug was so bad at one point it even stuck me OUTSIDE of the sector map. (Pun: Went where no gorn had gorn before.") But after jumping through a dozen hoops I finally got back on the map. Might also be useful to do a quick full cache verification from the loader before you log back in.
