Is there some way I can get Admiral T'Nae to leave me the HAYL alone?

Seems like this woman pops up "I Have a New Mission For You!" at the most inconvenient times. Any way to shut this off?

    Check the game options. I have forgotten the name of the option, unfortunately, but you should be able to turn it off.
    Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.

    Just go into your available mission screen and hit the "Skip" button.
