Dev/Tech Support Needed: Upgrade lost my Ship Gear

I had just upgraded an Aft Romulan Plasma Beam Array MKXI VR to MKXII and pressed reclaim. The item was not placed into my inventory, my overflow nor was it trashed (not in RETRIEVE). The Upgrade just lost it and I cannot find or recover it. I need tech support to either find it in the digital abyss it fell into after I upgraded it, or to return the original item I had and the two upgrade item used to upgrade it to MK XII.

p.s. 1,075 Dil paid to upgrade for the lost item.

Issue Resolved, system recovered the item
