ive submitted bug reports, ive submitted help tickets, ive posted on your forums and have not gotten a single response. you flat out misrepresented this item. i want a refund for the 5 armors i purchased.

    Good Luck. Many of us couldn't get a refund when they took a Excelsior Heavy Cruiser ship away from our accounts that we had paid for. So I wouldn't expect much with a bit of amour.

    I got dooped with that armor tonight. For example the mouse over for the armor at Vice Admiral says +61 All Energy Damage Resistance Rating. I buy it, and now its only +12 resistance. When I buy something in a store I want it to show the actual stats I am going to be working with. Not sure the preferred way to request refund. I am still waiting to hear if us mac users will get the ships released for 24 hours when season 11 came out and the game broke.

    you were right, craptic refuses to take responsibility for their deliberate misrepresentations. -1 paying customer + several rants on any video game review site i can find.

    As a bit of an FYI, what you're looking for in a bug report is action taken within a few weeks in the patch notes. A personal reply back is pretty exceptional, beside the point (you really just want this to get fixed), and is generally made less likely when you resort to grand-standing (which I can also say from having grand-standed myself.)

    Good work reporting the bug (especially on all channels), but in order to remain constructive the theatrical rage you can probably leave behind.

    oh its not a joke. they said they're not going to do anything about it so I'm not going to be giving them another dime. they've lost what little trust they i had in them to begin with. They're not deserving of my hard earned money, so i'm just done with them. This is a horrible development company paired with some really lousy customer service. It's truly a wonder they are still in business.

    Getting "scammed" in the game with fake stats is kind of common, then again it also depends, are they showing optimized numbers for optimized toon stats or were you in space when lookin at a ground item? See if you are in ground while looking at space items the numbers will show all wrong, just as the reverse is true. Now if the items say free upgrade to mk XII and then it will not let you upgrade THEN that is some bug that will be looked at eventually(wait for months prob). So that is how it works, I am not surprised, I am still waiting on my 500 zen from last month's sub payment so...
