What If ? Captain/Admiral AI Drones

So.. in Forza motorsport, there was a pretty cool feature that allowed you to create a driver drone. Basically this drone would learn your driving habits, and behaviors on each track and corner type, the more you raced the more the Drone would learn, and emulate you, and your behaviors. After a while, you could reliably send out this race drone to complete the longer races (250/500 lap races) for you.
Well seeing as how I've been doing a lot of doffing and admiralty lately, it got me thinking. How awesome would it be, if you could set assignments for a captain drone, like for example completing episodes/missions for you while you were away ?
An obvious restriction would be, the mission or episodes had to have been completed at least once previously. Another could be limiting the number of missions/episodes said drone could complete for you. Further to that, the Captain Drone would only launch into action as soon as you log out.
If you log back in before the mission has run it course, you would lose all progress. etc etc etc.
Talked about this last night in fleet chat and it was pretty funny, the usual jokes of STO's poor AI and how they would TRIBBLE up your missions... But most thought it would be pretty useful tool, if the AI would behave properly.
Just a far fetched Idea I had, which stemmed from my doffing and admiralty adventures lately.
I would love this, due to not enjoying replaying all the Featured episodes over and over on 5 characters.
Take this weekend for example. I spent it running through the new Cardassian episodes...on 5 characters.
All the while looking at the DPS channels calling out games I would have liked (and preferred to join), but there I was stuck grinding out these missions, wishing I could play other content.
Anyway I don't have a lot of time in the evenings, and between doffing and admiralty, and re running episodes, it takes up most of my play time.
Would be nice to have something like this here...
Or maybe even sending your boffs on mission for you while you are logged out..
We could have a new system --- "TRIBBLE" LOL
Just food for thought. I know its far fetched. But, boy would it be nice to be freed up to play the stuff I really want to.
