Herald Transphasic Torpedo questions

The Herald torpedo that comes with Herald ships is not currently upgradable. At some point will there be an upgradable version? It's a rather interesting torpedo and rather visually striking.

    Probably same issue as the Chroniton-Transphasics on Voth Ships. Still not Upgradeable.

    I hope they fix this soon. Those torpedoes are gorgeous.
