Tactical Escort Retrofit Reading as Unpurchased

Years ago, when it first came out, I purchased the Tactical Escort Retrofit (T5) from the C-Store/Z-Store. As you can see, it's in my inventory of ships:

Despite that, the C/Z-store is reading as if I never bought it on my other Federation toon: (list of my toons so you know)

And once in my Caitian, the ship comes up like this:

If I'm on Revos, where I have the ship in inventory? I'm ok. Although it says 2000 C rather than "available":

I'm not having this issue with any other Z/C-Store ships I've bought over the years. Vesta 3-pack, Intrepid pack (T6), Armatige (T5)... just the Defiant seems to be giving me grief.

Anyone have any idea what's up?

Veterans and lifetime subscribers will receive a free ship token at level 50 to claim a free ship from the c-store. The selection is small but I think the T5 Defiant might be among those you can choose from. Using your free ship token won't unlock the ship and if you dismiss it you can't claim a free replacement. Perhaps you used your veteran ship token to claim the ship for a single character?

Although, I think I have seen players in the past mention there was some other way to purchase the T5 Defiant (other than zen) some time before the game went free to play. And some players complained about getting shafted on this ship because after the changeover to F2P they found they had to purchase the ship with zen in order to get it as an account unlock.

I'm not too sure on the details and my memory could be faulty on what others have said.

Did you actually pay zen to get this ship, or something else?
