Never received Promotional Item

In the livestream for the Jem'hadar Strike Ship I won the draw for one of the R&D boxes. My internet was cut off close to the end of the stream and was unable to get my @handle to them. I have tried e-mailing with no response and have even contacted support which gave me the e-mail and said e-mail them. This is my last try to get in touch and get my R&D box.
