I hate when I warp out and the camera pans down too much or so far back that I don't see my ship and occasionally don't even see the warp streaks or anything. Aside from the fact that occasionally my ship warps out as if it were of romulan design, this other one is pretty immersion breaking and takes away from one of the effects that I honestly want to see a lot of in a Star Trek game.
So, is this just a localized problem or does everyone have the same issues and just not say much to Cryptic about it?

So... could be way worse.
Scimitar does the same thing, I actually find it kinda funny.
This.
If they want to fix this with todays game, they would need to add a function to the ship so that the ship decides the cutscene, not a generic one.
However, I can see how much coding it would take, since the coding of literally every ship in the game would need to be adjusted. However, it would be an amazing thing if they did do it.
And when they're on the warp animation, any chance for a fix for the Presidio's and Tuffli's warp-nacelle-glow animation that is horribly misplaced on the ships? Now that is immersion-breaking.

Thats immersion breaking?! me ripping a TRIBBLE on my bridge making my boffs leave thier posts now THATs immersion breaking...though i duct taped tovan to his seat just to torture his sorry TRIBBLE lol
Was talking about the subject of the warp-out animation here. I mean, there is so much capable of breaking immersion (not that I care that much) but in this animation it is worse for me that trails are misaligned than that we zoom in to our ships.

It's weird.
Beaming in and out could also use a new coat of paint.
*A big pet-peeve of mine is the computer voice on KDF side not being klingon anymore. It's actually pisses me off a bit.
Ummm... It is a star trek game and it may be lame but I've watched this stuff since I was a kid and like the warp out sequences. I'm not glued to the screen every time my ship jumps to warp but it's really off putting when I notice.
Also from the perspective of a new player this kind of bug could easily make this game seem less than professional.
Possibly because it was unintelligible?
would like the Starfleet ships to have rainbow colored warp trails
1. I wish my ships would warp out with the impulse trails in proper faction colors or the colors of the equipped Reputation Engine, rather than Romulan Green. Leave that for the Romulan ships.
2. I wish Cryptic would put in the proper Dyson purple-black impulse trails on the Dyson Rep Engines; there's no reason why it shouldn't have it when the rest of the set has visuals for it, as well as the earlier CC set and Nukara set.
3. I wish Cryptic would properly made the Avenger's left and right nacelles look identical and mirrored.
4. I wish Cryptic would actually bothered to add skins to the Mission shields/engines/deflectors that are part of a set. The Sol set would be perfect for a rainbow trail impulse engine, glossy rainbow finished shield skin overlay (similar to the Romulan Mirror finish or Nukara shield skin), and rainbow deflector animation similar to the glowing Iconian sphere in front of their Dreadnoughts and Battleships (which if you looked closely, has rainbow waves converging into a white center).
5. I wish Cryptic would let us unlock shield/deflector/engine visuals from Reputation sets as well as the Aegis and Jem'Hadar sets via a Reputation Skin unlock or upon completing the set. There's no reason why they couldn't let us do the same for our ships when they do let us for the ground Reputation sets for our ground characters. For the Assimilated, Iconian, and Aegis sets, add the overlay as a separate tab below skins so that we can layer two different skins on each other (such as Aegis and Veteran skin, or Iconian and Dyson).
6. I wish Cryptic would modernize impulse trails so that the trails are modeled to the ships' engine exhaust nozzle/port/outlet like the Manasa and Astika's impulse trail is matched to their ports, rather than a simple tracer line. Especially since they proved they can do something original with the impulse trails but reverted to the crappy thin impulse tracer line, especially on large ships like the Sheshar and Krenim.
7. I wish Cryptic would update and modernize glowing warp bars so that they were properly located across different ships; some like the Recluse currently only use 2 rather than 3, and don't match the engine locations. If necessary, model them in as glowing plate portions rather than the usual warp bars.
8. I wish Cryptic would just sell us a 100 USD Full Tailor unlock for our account. They've insisted that selling costumes and uniforms doesn't make money, well then sell us full and unrestricted access for one cost. By unrestricted, I mean in that once we meet the in-game criteria, we can fully use outfits from that set. So unlocking the tailor option for the Omega Armor Costume set lets us unlock Reaper and Quietus as well, or getting the Tal Shiar costume set fully unlocks the Tal Shiar rank pauldrons, gloves, and so forth.
9. I wish Cryptic would add optional pre-fire animations to ships using beam weapons that model the general animation of the series, such as all Fed ships having the converging beams along a strip before they meet and fire from the set firing point. It won't be 100% accurate since the beams would still fire from a fixed point regardless of enemy location, but it would be an optional toggable setting in visuals for those wanting a bit more Star Trek immersion. And said prefire animations change based on the first beam weapon equipped, so equipping Tetryons turns that prefire energy color tetryon blue, or equipping Biomolecular Phasers turn the prefire energy color green.
Of course, I write all this as a wish list; knowing that it's more likely I'll get 1 Million USD from Santa Claus than ever seeing any one of these things happen.
Consider yourself fortunate. On my D'deridex the camera usually clips inside the ship model when I warp out.

l don't know.
l really don't know what l'm about to say, except l have a feeling about it.
That l must repeat the words that come without my knowledge.'
And many times not even that. Some of us get green as non-Romulans regardless of ship or engines.
My suggestion is to ditch cut scenes and just warp from the players current zoom level (if that is possible), but have left the creative ideas to the others.
I will post this post into the ops forum now as well to show the community support behind this.
