Paratrinic Shield Array is bugged.

I have this shield equipped and it is MKXIII with a supposed 9824.1 shield capacity, however - I just got in a Gateway To Gre-Thor advanced match and the shield is only 2531.1 capacity while in it.
Standard Capacity

The standard capacity picture was taken while in sector space, the other picture was taken while in the STF. I was not in a shuttle when these screenshots were taken, I don't even have a shuttle bought. The ship the shield was equipped on when the pictures were taken was the Xindi-Primate Ateleth Dreadnought Cruiser [T6].
So yeah, this needs to get fixed as soon as possible.
