Crystalline Catastrophe Removing Ship XP

I check before and after, and it is consistent across all toons and factions: before CCA during this Crystalline Event, you warp in, check ship XP, successfully complete all optionals, claim marks, warp out, ship XP now less than before.

I've noticed this since I specifically set up event ships on all alts so they could level faster, but discovered I was not making any progress for weeks, then noticed this negative ship XP from CCA.

Bug report submitted: unknown ticket # as the /bug "view my tickets" stays blank with the warning "[TicketError] Could not connect. Please try again later."

If anyone else can confirm this, please respond, so the Devs can have more evidence to work with that it's not just me who is affected.

    I'll take a look at my Sci delta recruit...
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    Well, this one CCA i just ran, I've gotten a full 181 ship xp. Ridicule aside, this could be appropriate to the couple Tholians caught in my crossfire. But given this was on a FAWboat where a larger amount of Tholians should have given me some xp, it seems very low indeed.

    Meaning I can neither confirm nor deny that the Entity itself might 'take' ship xp. Either I barely damaged any Tholians and so got very little xp. Or I actually got more xp from tholians yet have been taken most of it by the Entity.

    I guess I could only confirm with a strictly one target build, no FAW, no CSV, no pets, no GW, ...
