Forget Season 11 We Need Better Servers Now

After riding the Disconnect Coaster again tonight I have come to the conclusion that Cryptic needs to stop all further progress and invest in more equipment and more reliable network partners giving Cogentco the boot.

They just did server upgrades (new hardware) a few weeks ago. *snicker*

This is what happens when they hand over important network infrastructure to the lowest bidder (Cogent) at the lowest service-tier.

Didn't you also come to the conclusion that any SCI character was using "spells" and didn't deserve to be in a Star Trek game?

Whatever the reason. No play, no urge to buy stuff. Maybe they should use the new server hardware for STO >:)

Derailing threads is against forum rules and is spamming/trolling/flaming. Get lost baby :D.

Hm that coming from the person accusing me of being a saboteuer for P1 in an otherwise harmless thread about "the show". How about you STFU, Punk!

    Listen up!
Let’s say you drink too much strawberry milk, and have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
But it’s cold outside your bed.
You don’t want to get up, but the urge to urinate is just too strong!
You make up your mind to go!
You run to the bathroom, stand in front of the toilet, and let loose!
You think that all your life has led to this moment!
    But then you realize!
It isn’t the bathroom, you’re still in bed!
That feeling of lukewarm wetness spreads like wildfire!
But you don’t stop! You can’t stop!
    That’s what I’m talking about!
THAT’S THE TRUTH OF THE STRAWBERRY MILK!
    DO YOU GET IT!?
I agree with you OP and that on 100%.

For some reason I can’t figure out most of the queues I played were totally lag free just for this weekend, even kasa.

I monitor queues closely and often do a count on the active games running. Over this weekend the general participation on queued maps was as low as ever in my 3,5 years of play time.

When only 10 peeps play ISA the server seems to be better able to handle the power related data flow compared to 50 peeps running ISA.

Interesting times are ahead when the majority of players return from their summers stuff back to sto in autumn.

The hardware supporting this game will probably vaporize.

God you are good, like a super Star Trek Ninja!!! I didn't see you once monitoring any Que I was in. Damn you are good....

(look I know this game has some (many) issues for people on connectivity, but can we stop pretending to be experts, and lose the hyperbole?)

Okay than, when they stop all content to fix the servers, lets see if the OP complains about there being no content of which I know he will.

Trust me when I harass you you'd know it.

How about you stop posting useless stuff and I stop calling you out on them?

And this thread is now closed.

They are working on the disconnect issues, however besides the fact that this isn't the forum for connection issues, it's been stated they are still working on these issues so many times it's hard to count.
