Like the title says. How many do you have? How many do you plan on getting? How did you get them to Level 60?
I'm finishing up on my 6th level 60 toon today. I got my first before they doubled the XP requirement while nerfing XP everywhere and focusing it all on Argala and Gerren. I did so quickly after the release of Delta Rising mostly by doing Kobali ground over and over. The grind wasn't too bad.
Toon #2 was done during the Argala/Gerren era. After doing this horrible mind-numbing grind, I decided to take a break from the game. I only fully came back after the previous scum bag lead was rotated out.
Upon hearing that there was an XP rebalance, I decided to focus on my 3rd toon. Since then I've gotten my 3rd, 4th, and 5th toons up to 60 mostly by rotating patrols and PVE's that I ENJOY doing. The game is much more fun right now than it was during the Argala/Gerren era. I still have my 6th toon to finish up later today before starting on my 7th toon which happens to be my DR.
When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

The specialization threes? I foresee that non of my characters will ever complete one, perhaps commando. It is not important for me, but again, there is game content that has no purpose for me.
The 4 remaining characters are all either level 57 or 58. These 4 are all Delta's which is why they are not yet level 60.
My main character is really the only one that I strongly focus on. He only requires 14 more Spec points to have all of the Specializations 100% finished.

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

What can I say, Grind Rising really killed my will and motivation to play alts and progress multiple characters. The lack of content plus the snail-pace XP grinding, the excessive costs of upgrading that incorporates RNG, the what I personally consider to be steep prices for T6 ships, the game's techincal problems and the fact the queues were almost completely empty for quite a while didn't help either. Combine that with the fact that I closed my wallet since the Season 8 fiasco and the dilithium exchange rates have severely risen since Grind Rising, plus the A-Bomb D'Angelo dropped on this game by removing the exploration clusters and the hourly events (parts of the game I enjoyed very much) amongst other things and you'll see where I come from - from my perspective at least.
So yeah, only my main Klingon character - my first KDF character to go through a complete leveling experience on the KDF side created during LoR has reached lvl 60 so far.
I play games for fun, to relax and unwind after a day at work, very casually and to immerse myself in a different environment for a while. Playing STO lately feels too much like being railroaded into a continous repetitive grind for my taste, therefore my playtime has severely decreased since DR. Not to mention the numerous technical issues of late that often really kill the will to continue playing at a given time. That's why I now have only 1 lvl 60 character out of 16 - 10 of which were activelly played and progressed lvl 50 chars pre DR.

3 out of 7 characters will be Lv60 when done as of now. The Leveling of Delta Rising really killed my lower 4 characters. Since its takes me months to get to Lv60 with only a few hours per week playing. Usually I play the lower characters when I get almost caught up with current content.

"He shall be my finest warrior, this generic man who was forced upon me.
Like a badass I shall make him look, and in the furnace of war I shall forge him.
he shall be of iron will and steely sinew.
In great armour I shall clad him and with the mightiest weapons he shall be armed.
He will be untouched by plague or disease; no sickness shall blight him.
He shall have such tactics, strategies and machines that no foe will best him in battle.
He is my answer to cryptic logic, he is the Defender of my Romulan Crew.
He is Tovan Khev... and he shall know no fear."
Ill get them all there eventually, its just mind bogglinly slow, esp if you dont want to spend hours and hours grinding out all day
i used to actually use them as near-mains. they had lobi outfits and consoles, a couple had lockbox ships, they all had their rep maxed at t5, etc. but... well, you all know exactly what happened hey

So I have 7 of 15 toons at 60. Im not going to say it was FUN or Easy, however, since I am taking my time on my deltas running through the cardi stories now it is a bit more enjoyable. Toons should be very well equipped by the time I hit the Delta Grind. will just take my time on that too,, no reason to rush.

pretty much the same here. I have 1 main but the others just keep leveling along lol
For me, it was really hard to level my main for DR but all my alts are easy because I had not wasted all that level 50 exp when the cap was 50.
Yeah I have three Starfleet toons, one tactical delta recruit (heavily used) one science toon, and one engineering toon. The fourth lvl 60 is a KDF engineer.
The fifth and final toon I'll be getting to lvl 60 is currently 52/53 and she is a Starfleet-Allied Romulan tactical delta recruit. After that I'll have all my bases and combinations covered. A toon to fit my every mood, so to speak.
All that being said I've never...... well. I admit my Starfleet sci and engi endured some hard grinding but it wasn't at Argala to xp. I grinded away at STFs a lot while earning marks for their reputation trees. The exp just kinda happened at the same time.
But my delta recruits have levelled up entirely naturally through mainly the storyline and a few STFs. My Starfleet tac reached 60 about midway through the Delta Quadrant mission/patrol storyline.
I still have my three Delta alts, two (Fed Eng and Rom Tac) are stuck at Level 10 (just enough to unlock the event ships) and the last one (KDF Tac) is at 52. I need to get back to the Delta stuff.
Of the 60s ,1 Delta Recruit, 1 Delta Rising survivor (chosen to be the one captain that would get attention in the grind fest that is DR when it came out).
5 in the 52-56 range from events as previous 50s.
2 Delta Recruits at level 10 to unlock the reclaim tab.
3 previously sidelined captains.
