Broken Circle and other content Major FPS lag after DX FIX

Ever since the last up date on july 23 2015 , caused performance drop for a lower end PC , this mission ran fine before after the DX tweaks its laggy , and a pain to play overall , powers don't initiate , dodge will fail to go off in time , on top of that the randomness of the client hanging on it loading . now not much has changed on my end , drivers up to date , did a verify of files , it just been one head ache after another , how can one day be great to another a total Snafu almost painful game experience?
