Greetings, Admirals! You’re listening to
EPISODE 232 OF PRIORITY ONE PODCAST, the premier Star Trek Online podcast! This episode was recorded on Thursday, July 23rd, 2015 and made available for download or streaming on Monday, July 27th, 2015 at PriorityOnePodcast.com!
Our special guests this week are executive producer Alec Peters and director Rob Burnett from Star Trek: Axanar. We’re catching up with them as they move into their latest phase of fundraising, talking about how the project is progressing and where the money is going. We also digress a bit and end up talking Star Trek canon and San Diego Comic-Con, one year on from the debut of “Prelude to Axanar”.In Star Trek Online news, we’re reviewing the new featured episode “Broken Circle”, Jayce is taking a more in-depth look at the new Tier 6 Resolute, and Kenna is talking duty officers. And as always, before we wrap things up, we’ll open Hailing Frequencies for your incoming messages.

Tracking the Devs
This week’s Community Question:
- What doff ability would you love to see, whether a return of a hard-to-find past Duty Officer or a whole new one you can’t believe they’ve never implemented?

Maybe "Photonic Team Support"
When activating Photonic Officer, you have a 15 % chance to trigger a Science Team I, Engineering Team I or Tactical Team I.
I checked out Kennas video about doff grinding. Well done - next time you get a hold of one of the devs in an interview, please grill them a little if we can have a better interface for grinding doffs. Selecting each doff separately has been driving me up the wall for some time now. Something like a checkbox system like when white doffs are poured into fleet projects would be really nice.
Anyway, good show.
Watched Kenna's video, nice intro to DOffing. I use the DOff system on a regular basis, but feel like I could do more as far as Ground and Space abilities, would love to hear more about these at some point.
As far as what abilities I'd like to see, I have fiddled with that aspect little enough that I have no idea what I might like to see. LOL. I suspect I am not alone in this boat, in fact, when I heard the question, my first reaction was to wonder how many listeners were not going to answer this week's question.
