Pretty much what the thread title says. I've historically been a ground heavy player, but since I've been focused on grinding the spec trees, I find it impossible to play ground missions anymore.
We need some XP relief, and one way of doing that is by bringing ground missions up to par with space missions.

Still ground awards far less xp then space and could use an increase.
To be honest, the only time that XP feels "right" is during Double XP weekends. And that sucks.

It would be nice to get some more XP points. At times ground takes as long as space for less XP...it needs a buff.
However, most players do prefer Space over ground since space is very click and shoot friendlier....no much planning as in ground.

I think particularly at this point that making ground more like space and bundling ground C-Store offerings more like ships would be a solid growth market option for them.
I always said you want a solid theme option. Riker-themed clothes/beards/emotes/weapons/etc. as a ground bundle, for example.
And if Ground can't be improved further in some key ways people have wanted like cover mechanics, then maybe sliding it to be closer to space with things like weapon arcs. Currently everything is basically a 360 degree weapon albeit with different ranges. Weapon arcs, directional shielding, and things like a runspeed slider could at least capitalize on space's popularity by porting more of it to ground, which might enhance the value of ground bundles.
