Coalition Disruptor Question

Hi all,

Does anyone know if these are supposed to be character bind on equip?

The last set of lock box weapons I got and upgraded (Phased Biomatter) were account bind on equip.

Just wondering which one was the oversight?

    Hopefully these, Lockbox weapons are rare and I'm not going to acquire multiple sets.

    I hope you're right, I'll raise it in the bug report forum and see what happens.
