The trait says 20% bonus control ability effectiveness.

How does this exactly work? For a Gravity Well for example, does it increase the range of a GW's pull or does it merely increase the strength of the pull? Does it affect the holds from other abilities, particularly the Theta Radiation cloud from the Plasma Emission Torp?

Thanks, but that much I know already. It doesn't state whether it affects the actually pull distance or just the intensity. The Theta Radiation cloud from the PEPT is also a bit of a gray area.
