I have two new ship review videos for you today!
The first one is about the Krenim Imperium Warship [T6]

I had some issues with low audio on this one, so i re-uploaded it with a bit of a boost. I recommend using headphones as there isn't much more i can do for that video.
The second video features the Zahl Heavy Cruiser [T6]

This one should have significantly better audio (i hope).
Hopefully you'll enjoy these two review videos! Let me know what you think by replying to this post or directly to the videos on youtube!

Not trying to mean with this comment, it's just you have a deep bassy voice and, unless you put some excitement into it, it comes off kind of mono-tone!
Otherwise, thank you for another #1 professional video.
Also, it may just be me but, the videos sound keeps cutting off/on.

as for the sound cutting off... Are you watching the embed or direct from youtube? which parts are cutting off?
It sounds to me like you're either shutting your mic off in between speaking, or using a mic or something that's doing that on it's own when you're silent for a second or so. Probably some setup thing you can turn off. This didn't seem to occur in the Zahl video. Having said that, it's possible that it could just be that there was "background noise" in the first one which makes the cutting in/out noticeable, something that wasn't in the Zahl video.
you pretty much hit the nail on the head.
For the Krenim video (and most of my previous vids) I use Push To Talk, and the audio is recorded to the video file with either FRAPs or OBS. The problem is there is a lot of noise, from the game's Ambient Sound, my computer's fans, the neighbor mowing his law, the washing machine/dryer a room over... all of those are washing out my voice.
For the Zahl video i did something different, i actually recorded the audio (with no push to talk) to a independent tract while recording the video. I then went and cleaned up 95% of the noise, duplicated the audio tract (which let me increase the volume by 6 to 12db without touching the gain), merged the tracts into a HQ mp3 file, then added it to the video file and synchronized it. This effectively doubled the amount of time required to produce the video.
I'm going to have to go back and see if i can do something similar to some of my older vids.
As for the monotonousness... the problem here is that I prefer to do single takes, and i basically start recording and then just talk, ad lib with no scripts. If i actually had a script written to read off of it would probably be a little more lively; that would increase my work load though.
For each video I'm basically doing the work of a whole production house. Producer, Director, VA, Editor, etc... so i generally do stuff that makes my life a little easier and reduce the hours required to produce one of these videos.
Either way, the videos are always nice, so don't take what I say personal in any way!

People just like to nit pick. Ignore them and keep making videos. Some of us enjoy them.
In the Krenim video you mentioned that you're going to be switching to DMG mod weapons as they're a bit better in some circumstances. I think you implied that the differences would be marginal. I'd love to hear more about that as I'm at the point where I need to make a decision as to what to start crafting and upgrading. I haven't seen anything on the forum but maybe its buried in some thread.
Well, I am not trying to down him, it's just I feel he could come off a little bit most excited sounding!
He makes good quality videos, and should be proud of them, as well as comfortable enough to sound like he is having some fun with friends, despite what others might think of his usual speaking voice!
I could care less, if he was the biggest nerd in the world, or has some lisp [speach impairment], just so long as he sounded natural.
I am trying to encourage him to act comfortable, and sound natural in his presentation is all.
