Returning Player, Couple of Questions

Hey all, with the release of Season 10.5 and the batch of FEs, I thought I'd take some time to come and check it out (after a 2 month hiatus).

Primary reason I left was the lag, and the loading screens taking an extremely very long time. Has any of this changed/gotten better?

Are the FEs any good? Are they broken in any way?

How is the playerbase? I've checked the forums from time to time, and they seem pretty dead, although that may be because I'm used to reading the War Thunder forums (very active at all times).

Thanks for any other help you guys can think off. :)

Lag? See sig below. They've acknowledged it at least and made some attempts to deal with it, but it's still a problem.

FEs. The most recent ones are OK. They've done better. As for being broken, I haven't had any issues.

Playerbase hasn't changed much since you last visited.

Lag has been solved some, not as bad like before. I still see some, but its more due to my old computer struggling with the graphics.

FEs are good. Story is good so far and nice action. Just like before.

Playerbase is the same. Since the forum changed over, we seemed to lost a few. But still going strong.

Why people keep feeling the center of the universe? lag is not solved. In fact, for A LOT of users it is far worst than before. Not because you dont have much lag means the lag is fixed. And it is pretty clear that right now, the lag was never been so bad. Hell even borg red alerts have moments of tremendous lag, something that even before the patch almost never happened. You dont have lag? congrats. But no, the lag is not fixed, lol not by a long shot (it is far worst).

My reply don't speak for all. Just what I see and how it effects my gaming. So I'm not the "center of the universe". I was just giving the OP a reply from my end. Each person is different. From lag, to story, or player base. The OP asked a few questions, and I answered. My lag it was bad at one time, but since then it has gotten better. While others was couldn't log on, I was playing. Lately I done several alerts and enemy encounters in space with no issues. So the lag don't effect everyone.

So when does one's reply speaks for everyone?

You said in your first reply "Lag has been solved some, not as bad like before". Something that is completely false. The lag is better now for you, so you assumed that it was not as bad as before. You didnt say literally "i dont have lag at all and everything is fixed", but you get my point..

Thanks, I don't like feeding trolls. I will leave him to their nonsense. Thanks for the heads up.
