Wishlist for Next Years Summer Event

So the summer event is nearly over. It seemed like the Dev team was focused on other things or just pressed for time and therefore didn't have the ability to add all that much to this years Summer event.

Still the Good: Increase to the Favor rewards. The Event Ship is cool(Wish the consoles had the advertised Authentic Latinum Imitation trimmed consoles. That must be a bonus package). Aloha shirts and kit abilities are a blast.

Now for (My) Wishlist

Pilot Maneuvers

Trait
Cowabunga: Generate a graviton infused warp field to allow you to "Slingshot" around enemies using their mass(bigger ships give more to this effect than smaller ones) giving you speed and defense while debuffing affected enemy turn rate and speed(Half effect Vs players).

Changes to subspace wake generator: It's passive is a flight speed boost. I'd slightly modify it so that your flight speed affects the size and damage of the subspace wake in addition to PrtG and Grav modifiers. Maybe reduce the cooldown as it doesn't do all that much.


Costume Items: Hula skirts, Aviator glasses, Sport glasses.

Other Rewards:
-Augmented Risian Caracal Tactical Officer trained with Graviton spike III
-Risian Science officer trained with Seismic Agitation Field III
-Risian Engineering officer trained in Hurricane Generator III
-Boff manuals for Event Powers.

Activities:
-Mix up the Horga'hn hunt a bit because it's too predictable and easy to farm with 5 characters in the time provided.
-Fix up the Power Board so that it's placement for each category. common, advanced and higher end boards get there own 1st 2nt 3rd. Each category rewards the same amount Monkey tags(12 for first 6 for second...) but higher board categories rewards more favors. Fix issues with coarse cutting "Shortcuts". Add different power board racetracks.

Well theres mine. Look forward to seeing what you guys would like for next years lohlunat Festival.

Technically we already have Aviator sunglasses. The small round sunglasses.

More color choices for the newly added shirts and shorts! Some blue/green/purple/yellow/etc. This is something I would like mostly, anything else is icing on the cake!

Less limitations, more colorizations!

Looks solid I suppose but I wouldn't get my hopes up for the Commander Pilot/Tac or the Pilot Maneuvers...Crpytic isn't going to give them away for free...and so far only faction ships get the major specialization powers...just to warn you.

Oh and your a boff heavy as well on the setup...

Not a bad list but Im against another corvette, esp risan, and modifying the existing set item powers. I will give you that your concept was well thought out tho.
Id rather see some more off-duty usable bits than hula skirts personally, and possibly some variety in the shoes department (high heels for ladies, maybe sneakers for both, etc etc)
as for a ship, since the concept seems to be a bit more about 'luxury' or 'relaxation' maybe a fun little runabout.. the bajoran lightship.

I only wish for the costume fixes/enhancements to be ready for the next summer event. I am very disappointed the improvements on tribble didn't make it to holodeck in time.​​

That's 14 BoFF seats. Fleet level T6 ships have 13, so this isn't going to happen.

One of those Lt stations will need to be an Ensign instead. Otherwise, looks pretty good.

Next years summer event? Certainly new things to do and not the same old stuff year on year. Expansion of Risa would be good. That is being able to go to other islands that you see when looking out to sea. Water skiing, Treasure hunting in the jungle and on the beaches, various holodeck programs on Risa. a few good things here to hopefully add maybe. Thats if cryptic will ever listen.

The main things I want are the same things I had hoped for this year: Swimming and some sort of snorkeling and/or SCUBA diving event.

The hula skirt sounds like a fun costume addition for Risa, but I would also hope for a proper hula dance to go with it. (Actually watch some real hula dancing and do it well -- think of it as an opportunity for the animation folks to take a Hawaiian vacation and write it off as a business expense!)
