Boff Selections being ignored

Was trying to do Kobali this morning (Nishina@AuroraKet), and well... last night when I tried to beam down, it said I had no other officers than the two it showed.

This morning, it showed the other officers, but it completely ignored my selections and sent the defaults down.

No matter how many times I picked the other ones and beamed around.

    Yup, it is another bug that pops up sometimes. I suffer it on new romulus sometimes.
