Unable to start project to convert Lohlunat prize vouchers to reputation marks

Today I tried to start a project in the "Events" tab with an alt, in order to convert 40 Lohlunat Prize vouchers to marks, but I only see "no projects" available, so it's not possible.

FYI I already have the ship (and currently using it), been doin this loads of times without problems and it's only occuring on one of my chars. The other chars don't have the problem. Please fix this bug!

    Note that you can only start the project 20 hrs after the previous one completes. You may have turned in the Prize Vouchers later yesterday.

    Other than that, no idea what might be a problem.
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    That's a good point and after I logged in again just now, it reappared, so thank you for the hint!

    Would have been nice with some sort of timer though showing the cd
