KDF Command Cruisers - Rotating parts not moving

As title says. Already filled one ticket a month ago, and yesterday another one.
It looks like i am the only one who noticed this (since never saw any posts about it). Since time ago, the rotating parts of the model of the kdf command cruisers are not moving at all. I think this happened since the iconians incursion.. lol.
