Well, I know the champions people are very dedicated to the game, and we're all pretty opinionated in trek land. Only one that surprises me is neverwinter, I'd assume it to be on par with all the other bajillion fantasy mmos. Good for cryptic is all I can say.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

Not all of the emoticons are visible in the emote list. Some come up as you're typing as options, though I don't know that a list exists to see all of them.
(While I was doing this response I discovered a nice new trick...there's a button above the Quick Response window to expand it into a full window, so you're not forced to do all of your typing in a tiny little box. You can't see the rest of the thread that way but if you're just responding to one thing or doing an original post, it's useful. Then minimize back to normal, and post.)

They moved ALL the archived posts over and STO has been online for 4 1/2 years (counting beta).
Neverwinter is approaching its second year.
In other words - there were more STO posts to move because (aside from Champions Online) they are the oldest game forums Cryptic has. That said, it appears we may be more talkative then the Neverwinter crowd (at two years you'd think they'd be closer to 1.5 - 2.0 million posts; BUT it could also mean a higher percentage just play the game, and don't complain as much -- and let's face it Star Trek fans in general are QUICK to express displeasure in anything Star Trek related that they do not care for - and circular arguments ensue and generate a LOT of posts. .

don't know about the other games but to be fair neverwinter only launched in June, 2013 so is nowhere near as old as sto that launched in February, 2010.
When I think about everything we've been through together,
maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,
and if that journey takes a little longer,
so we can do something we all believe in,
I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

I'm not sure, but I think the emojis we DO have may be on this list:

I wouldn't use most discussions or comments as a sign of anything. STO has pretty much gotten all the love. You can't really discuss being abandoned and treated like the red headed step child too many times before it gets repetitive and Champions hardly has anything to look forward to at any given time.
Congrats on having a lot of people posting, I guess, but it isn't for lack of not wanting to post. It's because we have nothing to post about. Can't really discuss anything when you go over a year without any real new content.

I always expect the worst, that way I either get exactly what I thought, or I'm pleasantly surprised.
An eternal pessimist can never be disappointed.
you sound like me at my job, 'it's better to be pleasantly surprised pessimist then a disappointed optimist' is something I must say at least a few times a day at work.

Oh, this is just great, isn't it? We have emoticon for trolls now.

Yes, and some people are going to use the most seizure inducing ones they can find. Rather go back to the old forums.
