Lower power visual effects

After S10 ,powers visual effects become pain in the a**, both for Eyes, and piloting... I use Low option, but even on low, this is pain for looking at,and difficult to even find yourself in this collorful symbols,and explosions... it would be great if you add option to completely turn off that effects if someone doesn't want look at that...

    Weird, maybe you have the bloom setting too high?
