    The X/Y in the launcher indicates the total size of the files being patched. The number below that is how much you downloaded, which is the size of the data to be patched in.

    Have been trying to log in for almost two hours.

    Started ARC per usual, patching was waaaay slow. Exited out tried again, blue screen, Safe mode restart, checks out ok, reboot.

    ARC, patches quickly this time, click 'Engage", then CTD.

    Hit Play from ARC, enter PW, says patching but nothing is happening.

    Reboot, ARC, log in, patches quickly, hit Engage, Cryptic logo appears for about 1 second, CTD. (Rinse repeat several times.)

    Any suggestions please?
