    Updates:

    Khellian, Vhoran – Given allowable Starfleet presence in area, likely Republic

    Aido – Federation no longer negotiating with RSE, so the “Romulan government” in the system’s info pop-up is very likely the Republic.

    Rhi - It was pointed out to me by Protogoth that the main building on Rhi has the Republic raptor on it.
