Radiant armaments set question

Hi guys,

Just want to know, does the set 3 (Advanced Radiant Hypercharge) compensate for the DPS lost due to the average torpedo DPS. I think the +3% firing cycle haste (can stack 10 times) from the AP beam might help too.

Anyone parsed that?

    I used the hypercharge on tribble and unless they nerfed it my reaction was ooooh deathstar. The beam was hitting for between 60 and 120k. ooooh ya

    Yup, saw a youtube video about a guys using the set on tribble, he had about these juicy numbers too. That got my attention for sure.

    But DPS wise, does it worth it?

    If it does above 2k, I think it does
