The Three Musketeers!
The Three Amigos!
The Three Stooges!
You get the picture.

Looking for a Science and an Engineer to complete the Trio.

First things first. My name is Edward and I have been a Lifetime subscriber for almost 2 years now, though I have been playing since F2P back in 2012. I am by no means a roleplayer, not even by a long shot. But I do like following the story and a theme. I co-founded a fleet, "Military Assault Command Operations" with another back when the fleet system was introduced. She has now become a long-time friend. We average a Tier per year with T3 being achieved by the end of this summer, lol.

The theme is threefold. The first would be to follow the storyline. Second would be, we would be playing ourselves appropriately within the Star Trek Universe, specifically Federation side. By appropriately I mean we dress accordingly. Dawning the latest Starfleet uniform, with up-to-date rank pips. We would start from the beginning skipping the Tutorial since we can't team up for that (no idea why only Romulans can for their tutorial).

Third part are the specific positions:

• Human male Engineer Captain eventually commanding a Galaxy-class (Fleet T6 Andromeda reskinned)
• Human female Science Captain eventually commanding an Intrepid-class (Fleet T6 Pathfinder reskinned)
• Human male (minority) Tactical Captain eventually commanding a Defiant-class (Fleet Tactical Escort Retrofit T5-U, until T6 version comes out)

The Tactical Captain role is filled; Filipino, Chinese, and Spaniard here! Though the latter is european 2 out of 3 still works right, lol? I could poke fun and be an "alien" male xD

The theme links many game mechanics: IDIC tribble buff synergy, completing profession specific objectives, and access to profession specific Captain Ground/Space abilities that buff the team.

Needless to say these characters would be...

• Team-based. If one person is offline the other two don't level without him or her.
• Team-focused. We accomplish things as a team. Not running off and doing your own thing unless the situation calls for it (like Undine Infiltration).
• Secondary Characters? Depending on how well we three get along and time spent leveling these may turn into primary characters, or remain secondary.

As for you the interested party...

• You like following a theme and like the theme I have proposed along with the end-game ship that is entailed in the profession.
• You should already be wanting to create a new character. This theme is just simply an option for you to team up with two others who want to create a new character too.
• You should have a preference for the profession to which you will be filling. Merely wanting to try a profession out or "just something to do" is not good enough. If halfway down the road you find you dont like the profession, that is understandable though not fair to the other two.
• Characters should model you as close as possible which is a big leeway with regards to facial options, try nonetheless. So if you are not comfortable with your body type and how you look this wouldn't work for you.
• Taking into account jobs and/or school... if you barely have the time, or you have the time but can't play reliably this wouldn't work for you.

If you have any inquiries or comments post below. If you want the position you can post below about yourself or if that's to open private message me. There are more details to discuss but that entails the input from the three members after it has been established.

In the spirit of Captain Jean-Luc Picard I'd like to rephrase one of his memorable quotes, "Lets make it so!"

The first Belfast was commanded by Captain Ve'Kal Shon until its destruction in 2409. A new ship was commissioned bearing the same name and registry as special dispensation to then newly promoted Captain Edward XIII for his pivotal role during the renewed Dominion War.

Nice theme. I would like to be a part of that advanture but I prefer Tactical as well. I guess most people do. So it will be hard to fill the Eng and Sci spots. The latter will be especially hard cause not many girls play this game, let alone games in general... comparative to guys playing that is, lol.

But good luck, I'm sure it will work out. Would be nice to see all three iconic ships working together to advance the frontier :D

    *snip*

So you wan't two sidekicks who play the class you tell them to, fly the ship you tell them to, play at the time you tell them to, and are the RIGHT gender/race in RL to match the 'play as your rl self' requirement you want...

    Good luck with that...

PS. Don't hold your breath while you wait...

Question. Did you even read what the guy wrote? Sidekicks? How did you get that from what he posted? There are no sidekicks in a team, everyone is equal. And "telling" them how to play, fly, etc. He already stated that its a theme. So naturally there are parameters in order for the theme to work.

Sheesh... there is always someone with a negative spin or point of view.

Its all good. I didn't say people to not comment, lol. But I do find it peculiar how looking for other like-minded people who would like to share a theme equals sidekicks and "telling/ordering" them around. Curious as to how that mind comes to such a conclusion without delving into a negative mindset.

Maybe s/he got lost in the details...

@demonicaesthetic I just find that if you want to attract potentials you should give them all the details, whether good or bad. That way they can make an informed decision with a more accurate expectation rather than a hyped up generalization.
