    Doesn't really make sense. Will have to test publish to see if it really is what it says.

    There's no model for the ground npcs at the moment. Currently they're using the Bluegill spawns.

    Three of the groups labeled as Heralds do spawn actual Heralds.

    Herald Squad - Ensigns only
    Herald Squad - Ens and Lt 03
    Herald Squad - Captain 03

    Space mobs are fine.

    Update: using Herald mobs makes your mission level 60 minimum. Test published one, and only my level 60s could see it. So even though the mobs are labeled "61+" it really means "60+"
