Not Getting Voth Cybernetic Tokens if "new" to Ground Battlezone

This may or may not be intentional but after running my Delta Recruit through the Dyson Ground Battlezone I came upon a unique curiosity.
Apparently if the battlezone triggers the V-rex when you're new to the zone(have not completed the commanders repeatable missions a first time) and you fight the dinos you definitely get credit for it (experience, dilithium) but you fail to acquire the Processor tokens UNLESS you finish the list of "dailies" first.
