When do reputation stores refresh?

Well, the title says it all:

Do the items that I can purchase in the repuation stores refresh if I don't buy them,
e.g. if they all have modifier suffixes I do not want?

    Nope, what you see is what we all get. None of the stores ever change their inventory.

    If they don't change their inventory, does that mean I can purchase infinite numbers of
    the same item, e.g. 4x Refracting Tetryon Dual Cannons Mk XI [CrtD] [DMG] [ACC] (if that
    would be one of them)?
