Account bank issue reason?

Right now, my non-DR toons are temporary froze due to the inability to use account bank to transfer items between toons (since I cannot put stuff into the bank). However, on the 3 release notes, there was nothing that indicate that it's being look into.

If this is not a bug but a setting, can someone tell me how to resolve it?

    I have no problems with my Account Bank.

    It's probably best to create a thread about in the following Gameplay Bug Report sub-forum.

    Lifetime no longer gives a forum title. That should be updated on the Lifetime page that mentions what you get. PMing the CSR doesn't work neither.

    Known Issues:

    Some items are missing in a player’s Account Bank, Fleet Bank, Exchange, and Mail.
    There is a fix currently being worked on for this and no items will be permanently lost.

    "Known Issues" listed it for both the 4/23 and 4/22 patches.

    Your unusable bank slots are not empty, they have solid black "Item Critters" in the spaces. You can right-click and see a menu that includes info.

    Bank slots that are truly empty (that show a white corner on mouseover) or that have a non-Critter item in them can still be used.

    Most items can also be emailed, but you have to put your account name in the "to" field before it will let you put the items into the boxes
