curious question. Can two people with different accounts operate on the same computer? I look forward to your replies

    Yes, it will work. If you have account guard active, the computer will need to be listed in both accounts.

    2 accounts can be used on the same computer, but not at the same time, I don't think.

    Yes you can have 2 accounts on the same computer at the same time.
    I do it sometimes.

    thank you. No, we wouldn't use the accounts at the same time. However I have an account on my computer at home and my friend just downloaded it for my use as well as his over at his place. Obviously I'd log off at one location before signing on to the other one. And I do have account guard active at both locations.

    Been years since I tried it, but if I recall correctly, it worked. I last did this before the game went F2P so things might have changed. The problem is that running two accounts at the same time on the same computer uses up twice the resources. So you might need to lower the settings for it to work properly.

    Just make sure you have enough memory and computing power. The game will run slower with 2 or more instances of the game running.

    I did that before Arc. I had to park by the fleet registar as moving was almost impossible.

    While a single computer may be able to open several clients at once, it may be pretty much impossible to have control over them both at the same time by two different people. Not really sure how the computer can have two windows having focus at the same time and have separate mouse control. Other people above have been window hopping to do stuff which is pretty impracticable for two people to be able to play.

    Maybe google for a program to allow you to expand your windows capabilities to include this and I guess it may be possible to share the PC.

    I think shortly after launching season 8 something went wrong and my sci was left hanging online.
