That PWO doff looks very interesting, I might just invest in one for my sci ship.

On an unrelated note, will these have R and D specs? It would fit themtically, given the techy-ness of the xindi.

It would also make them, and the box in general, more lucrative.

These doffs work for torpedos too?
The Battery Doffs proc an All Damage effect, so it also buffs things like Gravity Well and Feedback Pulse.

As I said, with reciprocity and DOFF you can achieve the same results.
And what if you're KDF or ROM?

That's the thing about ship traits. Faction based ships means traits aren't available to all.

I'm of the belief if you unlock a ship trait on a toon, it should then be available to all toons on your account.
    but its only 2% restoration

    not enough to save anybody
Yeah it's pretty useless. If it said 20% it might've been worth slotting.

Well, I'd say that also depends on how often those dice get rolled. Something that, say, procs 10% chance every time a beam attack does damage is going to be fairly useful for a FAW build, simply by the sheer frequency of the checks against the proc.
    Much this ^
Problem is FBP and RSP have really long CDs, combined with the low proc chance and even worse proc, it's useless.
For defensive things, imo, you need reliability, and that doff as it stands is just about the worst thing you could slot.

these officers are instead Ultra-Rare quality
    cool!

    -- ADVISOR --
    Active Roster Ability:
(Space) Grants a chance to reduce the cooldown on Bridge Officer and Captain hull heal powers by 5 seconds, when activating any shield heal.

    * 25% chance: Reduce cooldown on Hull Heal powers by -5 sec
I like the idea, but 5secs on anything other than A2SIF is too low. Combined with low randomness chances... pass.

33% chance for a 33% CD reduction (still 5secs on A2SIF, but a more meaningful 15s on HE and 10s on ET) would be more useful.
The proc at least would then be on par with Maintenance Engineer strength, gives extra -2 secs off CD at cost of no hull repair skill boost.

    -- DIAGNOSTIC ENGINEER --
    Active Roster Ability:
(Space) When activating any hull healing ability, you have a chance to have your ship's Auxiliary power boosted, which in turn improves the effectiveness of many abilities while also improving your perception and hangar recharge rate.

    * 10% chance: +25 Auxiliary Power for 10 sec
Is there any chance the aux can be applied before the heal itself happens? The very ability that triggers this might not ever be able to benefit from it. With the short 10s aux boost, it'll only really help when chaining heals together (probably the intention) with the very low proc chance though I'm not sure it'll be reliably on enough when needed.

    -- DIPLOMAT --
    Active Roster Ability:
(Space) Adds a chance to instantly restore a portion of your maximum hull capacity each time you activate Feedback Pulse or Reverse Shield Polarity.

    * 20% chance: Restore 2% of Max Hull when activating Feedback Pulse or Reverse Shield Polarity
Needs to be 20% hull heal, or maybe 20% hull temporary hit points if an actual hull heal of that magnitude seems to offend the devs.
As mentioned above, given the low roll rate (ie long CDs) on RSP and FBP the 20% proc chance needs to be way higher. Or if temporary hit points is an option then make it 100% chance.

    -- DOCTOR --
    Active Roster Ability:
(Ground) Any time you activate a Science Kit healing power you have a chance of reducing any remaining cooldowns on all other Science Kit healing powers.

Medical Tricorder, Triage, Hypospray: Dylovene, Nanite Health Monitor and Vascular Regenerator

    * 20% chance: Reduce cooldown on Science Kit healing powers by -5 sec
    Useful!

Does this mean you are fixing The Doctor/EMH Mk I to have a quality bonus? And will it be greater than ultra rare?
    This please! :D

I was so disappointed to find that The Doctor didn't actually have even the quality bonus of an Uncommon doff, let alone what he should be.

if it was 2% hull heal and 20% chance every second while RSP and/or FBP is active.... i'd buy it. Otherwise, not worth a roster spot

You cannot equip this doff, if you already have ANY biochemist for ground duty equipped. This plain TRIBBLE and, need fixing. Either make biochemists universal ground & space ability wise or, fix the current issue at hand with them.
