AFK because of Server Not Responding

So now, besides the other problems plaguing the game, I'll sometimes try to get into a PvE and get server not responding for several minutes. After it finally loads or I restart the game, I get into the match after it's over and either get nothing from it and have to wait 30 minutes to try again, or get an AFK penalty.

Like all the other problems, this didn't happen before last week.
