So...no first contact day event?

I'm assuming its been skipped this year, seeing as the date has passed and nothing has been mentioned about it?

Just wondering if anybody noticed that.

    Actually quite a number of people noticed. Since the 1st a new thread about this was created almost daily but since non of these ever got an offical response they kinda just faded into oblivion.

    What I heard was the devs were wanting to update the event but with everything that's going on right now they couldn't get enough time to so they decided to not do it this year. Which sucks because I needed a nanov for my rommie.

    We are finally at the point where there is no more room for more events. Even if they are just a weekend long.

    Personally, I think with a bit more effort they could have adapted the FCD event to tie into DR.
    But whatever. ;)

    As it was, it was a minor event, that you do once and then it's meh.
    Even though, the map is great.

    maybe they think we have enough going on to confuse or distract us with another event.

    When I think about everything we've been through together,

    maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

     and if that journey takes a little longer,

    so we can do something we all believe in,

     I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.
