Kits and Kit Modules

It's become clear to me that since we started the Delta Recruits event that there's a shortage of certain kit modules on the exchange. Unfortunately, the only way to get the early level ones right now are to farm the early episode missions, something I would rather not do.

Do you think its time that cryptic added at least common ones to the kit vendors?
