Why no Fleet version of other T6 Ships??

With Release tomorrow ofthe New/Old versions of Galaxy,Neg and Deridex and there Fleet version available on Fleetbase why we didnt see any Fleet version of the Delta Rising Pack Ships and still nothing to see about T6 Pathfinder???

When its so easy to get this 3 new Ships a Fleet version why is it not Possible to bring a Fleetversion of Ships that is out since Month´s??

    Personally, I think they only do this to avoid the same bucket of targ waste they got dumped over them for the Intrepid-JHSS.
