Missing reputation project rewards

I am posting this here per the ticket response that I received.

For the second day in a row, I am not receiving the rewards from my 20 hour reputation projects. This has happened from multiple rep groups.

I have opened a ticket and submitted screenshots.

I received a response from the GM's that there is nothing that can be done. I just have to submit a bug report, and hope that it gets fixed.

So, my progress in the reputation system is fundamentally broken and halted. A major portion of the game does not work for me.

I have submitted the in-game bug report as well.

So what happens now?

I have the same problem. I'm really upset about this. Why did I waste resources for nothing? I'm sure if this bug gets fixed I won't be forwarded the rewards so why should I try again?
