Game Sound Not Working After Patch

So after the last patch (26/3/2015) the game sound stopped working and i have tried everything. reinstall the driver turn other things off using that command line but nothing works (Using realtek)
and i think the problem is that the game won't pop up in volume mixer but i'm not sure

    One of my friends has this issue as well. We are looking for a way to fix it, but have found nothing as of yet.
