Trouble with accessing Peanut Labs

Yesterday, I transferred 200 zen from PeanutLabs rewards to my STO account. today, when I try to go to the PeanutLabs reward center to do a few more surveys, I find it brings me directly to the Arc Games billing page. Anyone know why?
