1500-2000 Ping

Constantly when in game I am hitting 1500-2000 ping. I have tried multiple computers with many different adapters. Both wired and wireless. Both intel, and killer nic cards. The issue is the same right across the board. These following tests were done on and intel I218-V network adapter with driver version 12.12.80.19.
