Unable to log in

Frequent rubber banding and server time outs, has not happened before yesterday. Unable to log in now. Nothing that i know of has changed on my PC or network. Home network

    Same here. It is taking me over a minute and a half to load the launcher alone. In that time SWTOR loaded (even I was shocked).
