Probably not. There are several reasons that could lead to there being only one:
- people have temporarily withdrawn their PL because of some market trends and wanting to capitalize more at a more oportune moment
- a space rich player or players bought them all (with around 50 of them last time I checked, it's not hard to do so) in order to corner the market
- other players have more of them boxed, but haven't decided wheather they want to sell them or keep them in case of making a new alt or sth. similar
But it probably is a bug or a 'exchange hicup' you've expereinced. Did you search for the leech under the "reward packs" tab on the exchange or just under "all"?
When searching under "all" catagory, set rank to Lt. That allows you to find almost anything under "all" category you wouldn't find normally appearing there. Without Lt set, you can still find some things under "all" but they will tend to be the most expensive while not showing the cheaper costing items. So give that a try.
Guy used All. There are 22 on the exchange starting at 45mil. The 125 mil one probably appears at All because it has been a while in there and it's a suckers buy.
1. Never search under the "All" category unless the item you want does not belong to any category. "All" doesn't work right, it only shows items that have been there a long time (ie things that are priced too high to sell). Plasmonic Leech packs are found under "Reward Packs."
2. There are currently 22 plasmonic leech console packs on the exchange, with prices starting from 45 million.
3. There is no such thing as a "last Plasmonic Leech." They are still available from Tal Shiar lockboxes. Even if someone bought the exchange out, new ones would appear.
check under all, no big deal, it's going to be a while until IU can afford one anyway. Just a bit shocked to see only one on the market
As others have said, that's was the mistake - due to "something, something dark side" reasons, the exchange will only show a portion of the items you're looking for under the "all" tab. If you set the search more detailed, in the particualr tab an item belongs to (in this case the 'reward packs'), you'll get all the offers listed, not only a portion of them. Also, as soemone else said - always set the search on Lt level. There's no logical reason as to why, but it just works that way and gives all the listings.
Setting to Lt however only works for finding items with no rank attached to them, so you can't look for weapons, armor, etc under all category with Lt set, but you will find any and all listings for items that don't have a rank like boxed items, salvaged technology and other crafting mats, it'll get all the results perfectly.
I remember back in the olden days. I put some random meh box ship up on the exchange for 245million when the going prices were around 65million. It sold. I kinda felt bad, but not enough to track down the buyer and offer him his money back.

There were never a whole lot of them listed at one time....
Sounds like either a hiccup, or someones has cornered the market.
