I came across this in game at the romulan flotilla. This guy says there is player vs player content in STO. Can someone explain to me what the heck this is? It kinda makes me wonder what else I'm missing out.

You can enter the PvP queue just like a PvE one. Yes. There is PvP (not great at the moment, but it's there).

There are dead PvP queues. There is Ker'rat, an open PvPvE zone. There's the Exchange, which is the Ferengi's version of PvP. And finally there is Forum PvP.

The last two are alive and well versions of PvP. The first two are populated by less than 50 active PvPers (probably less than that these days).

There is a division of STO players who play against each other.

Usually it's a lot of raging and e-peen stroking, and the occasional - rare - fun match, but they are far inbetween.
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

It's this thing where you go and get blown up by a cloaked Faeht in less than 2 seconds, respawn, get blown up again, and repeat that until you and your team die 15 times. Not my cup of tea but there seem to be a few die-hards around here who like it.
