A ship that has the inexplicable power to turn into absolutely anything I want it to, whenever I want. That way, I won't ever have to (permanently) make up my mind about how I want it to be.
A Tier 6 refit of the Luna-class Reconnaissance Science Vessel. I'd enjoy seeing it turned into a bit of a jack-of-all-trades much like the Guardian does for cruisers. The Lt and En Tac seats could be combined to make a LtC tactical, and the +1 Boff stations T6 ships get could be the LT engineering becomeing a LtC.
The Luna-class is one of the two well-known 'book-introduced' ships introduced into STO. Unlike the Vesta, is was introduced at the very launch of the game. But also unlike the Vesta, it was not given the care necessary to do justice to its original design. The model today looks very crude and it has not aged well.
Despite that, it's one of my favorite ships in the game. I love its silhouette. I know a model redo would take a lot of resources and I'm not asking for that. It did get an extra costume, but the Comet isn't what I'd call tasteful, and even CapnLogan admitted he didn't know what came over him when he came up with that design.
But a new 2409-variant of similar quality that we see the latest 2409-styled starships coming out would be fantastic. Lately, new Fed ship releases make me gnash my teeth (silently) because it's not what I'm pining for (even though some are quite cool). We've had certain ships like the Akira-class and the Intrepid-class get TWO refits, and yet some haven't gotten any single one.
Let's just say I know what the guys pining for a Negh'var refit are going through. I've been waiting for as long as they for my favorite ship to get some love.
A heavily armed Battleship with a heavily reinforced armoured hull and heavy combat shielding.
"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

The Streamrunner outfitted to be the ultimate blockade runner. Low profile, minimal emission trails, something made for critical missions involving getting supplies beyond the neutral zones and nearby hostile planets. It should be able to jump on a dime, when in a pinch and run on several different types of energy, or least I would like it to, so that it never gets caught in a power drainage or jam.
A Federation carrier that could 'dive' into subspace. It has 8(+2) weapon slots with the two extra dedicated for torpedoes and mines. It could also slot heavy turrets. Heavy turrets would also be a thing.
It would have Chrono Phasers (enhanced system disable and slows shield regen) and shearing tractor beams.
The projectiles would be gamma ray based, drilling into ships before detonating, cooking them fron the inside out.
My fighters would be Temporal Hawks - automated drones with chrono phaser cannons and can auto-repair themselves. No torps.
Universal Commander, Universal Lt.Commander, Universal Lt.Commander, Universal Lieutenant  I know Cryptic will NEVER do this, but a guy can dream.
Can equip dual cannons
2 Device slots
Sub-System Targeting
"Damage cloak" (when activated, damage to your ship's shields+hull will be reduce by 50% for 15 seconds+ all weapons will be disabled+10,000 stealth). With a 30 second cool down.
2x hangar slots, one slot will use an existing ship as a frigate (I use the term frigate loosely):
Federation Light Cruiser (it's hull is the closets to the B'rel)
B'rel Bird of Prey (for Klingon's)
T'Varo Light Warbird (also another ship with 10,000 hull)
The other hangar slot will have one Fighter
Peregrine Attack fighter (Federation)
To'Duj fighter (Klingon)
Scorpion Fighter (Romulan)
6.0 Turn rate
Sensor analysis
42,000 Hull
0.17 Impulse
30 Inertia rating
Bonus +5 to all systems
3,000 Crew
6,400 Standard shields
Carrier Commands
And this is a Zen store ship...not lockbox
One day Cryptic will be free from their Perfect World overlord. Until that day comes, they will continue to pamper the whales of this game, and ignore everyone that isn't a whale.
I'd want a Voth fortress ship with heavy subspace weapons, transphasic torpedos (as seen in voyager, not in-game), and a support fleet inside it, along with tetryon beam weapons (probably has over a thousand weapon emplacements).
The interior of the ship would have a massive indoor ski resort, huge indoor swimming pool, and a bowling alley with 2000 lanes.
The ship itself would be manned by regular people of any particular species but would also be capable of using holographic MACO soldiers in an emergency. I'm guessing that the crew complement for a ship of this size would be well over 100,000.

Oh, you meant star ship. Anything Romulan really.
