Adapted Honor guard personal shield not available

As the title say, the adapted honor guard personal shield Mk XII is not available after completing tier 1 of the Omega reputation. Only The honor guard one is available.

That's how the ground sets work. You need Honor Guard completed to unlock Adapted Honor Guard. I forget if it goes on a per-piece basis or if you need the entire set (thinking it's the entire set).
